Thank you for standing by your products!

I received excellent customer service from this company. I had a custom frame made and the glass was broken upon unpacking. I sent an email through their site and they express shipped a replacement glass immediately. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this company.

Poor quality control, poor customer service, very long production and shipping times

This company took longer to complete my order than other companies I've used, and when my frames arrived, they were all damaged. It was clear they weren't damaged in shipping, but in the mitering and gluing process, BEFORE they were shipped. (The glass was also broken, probably during shipping.) It took several days of contacting them before I received a reply. They promised me replacements, but it's been three weeks, and I still haven't received the replacements.

Terrible customer service and product…

Terrible customer service and product quality. There's a reason their prices are so low. Buyer beware!

I do not recommend arttoframe

I do not recommend arttoframe. I have bought frames and mats before and they ship it to the wrong address even though my address is correct in my account settings. My first frame took 6 weeks to get here. This time I ordered 5 mats on February 1st. It said it would be 4 to 5 days to ship out. It didn't even get started processing until the end of February when I emailed them and asked what was going on. I called first but no one would answer. They finally shipped my order but it was shipped to the wrong address. The FedEx guy figured it was the wrong street name and got it to me. When. I opened the package it was missing the biggest mat I ordered. The one I needed most. I called them several times and no one would answer. I finally got ahold of them and they said they would make it and send it out. They shipped it TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN. it was supposed to be here today but it's not. I tried calling them 8 times and no one would answer. I sent a not so nice email. I did get ahold of FedEx finally and they changed the address and it will arrive tomorrow. I'm not going to order from them again if they can't get it together. ALSO.. my first frame I ordered has a big chip out of it... You spend 130 on a frame plus shipping to have a chip in it.

Damaged mats and no response

I received my order today and both mats are wrong and not to my specifications. Both have rough cut marks on the inside and out and neither are 8x10. One is 8 1/4 x 9 7/8, the other is 8 1/8 x 10 1/4. One of the inside cuts is also 1/2 inch too small on all sides. The outsides are very rough cut and the insides also have cut marks. These are for historical documents going to be displayed in public. This is unacceptable! You can have them back and I would like a refund. I called numerous times but there was no answer, I left voicemails. Also I tried to submit this on your website, but the button is not active....
The invoice is 152800115, but the number on the mats is 3538797.

Great experience

Great experience with ArtToFrames. The website is informative and easy to navigate. The frame I ordered was very reasonably priced, well packed, and delivered within less than a week of my order.

Frame never received

Ordered a frame and received email confirmation. However, I never received the frame or any follow up correspondence. Never got any reply when I called. I finally emailed and told them to cancel the order. Luckily there was no issue with that.
I do not recommend this place.

I just received my second order ( a total of 4 frames) from Art to Frames and am 100% totally satisfied. They were cost efficient, properly packed, received in a timely manner, delivered by FedX, very well constructed and beautiful. Thank you for your excellent service.

BUYER BEWARE

I own a photography studio and I purchased this to see if it would be a good fit to offer our customers. This frame received is not even close to the "muted gold" color shown in the listing photo. It is made out of cheap plastic-like material coated to look like wood. Complete rip off and waste of time trying to return this. Seller is unwilling to pay for shipping label even though the item is incorrect and not as described. I would never offer our customers such an over-priced, inferior quality and inaccurately described frame.

Always affordable and fast delivery!
I know they experienced some delays over the last few months but was told due to covidvirus their whole production and frame mold provider supply chain were effected.
Their frames are high quality and best price online for largest collection online.

4 months and still no frames

4 months and still no frames. I ordered 3 frames and after 5 months had yet to see them. I had inquired the status of my order 4 times and got the same response every time that they would expedite my order. Finally the last time I inquired they said the frame I wanted was on back order. I told them that I was upset that they never communicated delayed times or back orders and that every time I wanted to know the status of my order I had to inquire. I told them I wanted a refund and they refunded me and did not say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Terrible company and terrible customer service. I would not recommend purchasing frames from here at all. Since then I placed an are through Frame it Easy and I should receive it within 1 week. With so many other online framing websites I would not use ArtToFrames.
